MONOLAYER STRUCTURES

Thanks to our modern technology, we can apply high quality flexo printing up to 8 colours on different materials.

 TYVEK® (HDPE):

• Properties: Offers all required properties for various sterilization processes.
• Sterilization Compatibility: Ethylene oxide, gamma, electron-beam, steam, and low-temperature oxidative sterilization.

MEDICAL PAPER:

• Properties: Good printability, high barrier to bacteria (dry and wet), free from chemical and toxic materials.
• Common Use: Generally used as a top web with PET/PP structures.

GRID COATED PAPER:

• Use: Packaging in automatic processes for disposable medical goods.
• Benefits: Used with PE as a bottom web, this material allows low-temperature settings, high-speed machinability, and excellent peeling properties.

DUPLEX STRUCTURES

Duplex structures combine two layers of oriented and non-oriented films and paper, offering numerous solutions, including printed or unprinted laminates for various applications like top films and flow wraps. These laminates can be customized with high oxygen, humidity, and light barriers, with a special focus on sterilization strength.

• Material Combinations: PA/PE, PA/PP, PP/PE, PET/PE, PET/PP, OPA/PE, and OPA/PP.
• Printing: Flexo up to 8 colors, reverse printing.
• Lamination: Solventless.
• Compliance: Conforms with foodstuff and pharmaceutical law provisions.
• Opening: Easy-open features.
• Sealing: Peelable/lock seal properties with high sealing force.
• Efficiency: Enables efficient packaging processes at high speeds.

TRIPLEX STRUCTURES

Three-layer laminates are designed to improve the shelf life of sensitive filling goods such as powders or gel-based products. They offer high heat resistance, ensuring excellent sealability during the filling process and overall packaging safety.

• Material Combinations: PET/ALU/PE and PP/PA/PP.
• Printability: Outstanding printability in flexo, reverse printing.
• Lamination: Solventless.
• Resistance: Chemical, puncture, tear, and abrasion resistant.
• Sealing: Sealing properties with high sealing force.
• Customization: Possibility to include EVOH layers, antifog, peelable to itself, peelable to uncoated Tyvek, and other features for specific customer needs.
• Conformity: Foodstuff and/or pharmaceutical conformity.
