Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic Packaging Demand Increases today!

Implementing a circular economy approach means implementing recycled raw materials wherever possible!Many brand owners and retailers already have made commitments to reduce CO2 in line with the goals to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050.

For flexible plastic packaging for food contact we propose circular BOPP and RPET.

Circular BOPP

For transparent or metalized standard, high-barrier or voided BOPP, films in different thicknesses are available from Circular PP (recycled mixed plastic waste).

This is made from 30% pyrolysis oil, obtained through chemical recycling.
This process is suitable for primary packaging.

The ISSC Plus certification guarantees feedstock traceability and sustainability.

RPET

We offer a consistent high-quality R-PET film by using R-PET films with 70% post-consumer recycling content (PCR). Many types of R-PET film types are available, like chemical treated, metallized or also hot sealable.

Through glycolysis chemical recycling, it is possible to recycle postconsumer waste by depolymerizing the flakes back to their monomer basis and repolymerize high quality polymers.
R-PET films can easily replace virgin PET film, due to the very similar properties, making them suitable for printing, processing, and packing.

Both materials come from selected certified suppliers in compliance with the EU regulations to ensure safety and functionality for primary packaging.
