Retortable films for thermal processes

Looking for a laminate to give your fresh products a long shelf life?

For your products needing sterilisation or pasteurization processes after packing, Servo Artpack proposes several types of retortable laminates, with or without ALU-barrier, able to keep your products fresh after sterilization.

For the sealing-layer we can use PP CAST, which enables good sealing properties, suitable for high temperatures during the sterilisation process.
If barrier films needed, we suggest ALU or high barrier (Alox)-coated ALU-free.
For improving the mechanical strength, a nylon layer may be added.
 
Servo Artpack provides all types of sterilizable laminates in reels or pre-made bags according to your specifications and/or requirements, for the following products:
