Thermoforming film & Lidding: a complete system!

Servo Artpack provides a complete service by offering also thermoforming films from reel, for vacuum, MAP and microwaveable packaging.

Materials available for your thermoforming film: PP, PE, PA, paper.

For thermoforming bottom film, in combination with lidding material, for packing
tortillas, wraps and pancakes, we usually suggest PA/PE or PA/PP structures with:

• High gloss, highly transparent
• Excellent puncture resistance
• EVOH as possible barrier
• Easy-opening either in the bottom-film (or tray) or in the lidding

For microwaveable applications we apply PP-based solutions which can easily be transformed to a tray by thermoforming. If needed also with EVOH barrier.

Both for the lidding as well as for the thermoformable bottom films, Servo Artpack is working on more sustainable solutions for our customers, either based on PE or PP mono multilayers. Find more info in recycle
