Our high barrier, three-side sealed pouches provide reliable protection for packaged products against environmental factors like UV radiation, gases, and humidity. 
These pouches not only fulfill many customers’ needs but are also designed for exceptionally easy opening. By combining different material combinations and integrated functionalities within our films, we can significantly enhance packaging performance. This includes optimizing properties for high puncture resistance and superior protection for particularly sensitive contents.

Our pre-cut lids are avaliable in different materials structures and assure an excellent peelability on different sealing support.

Both products up performed in Clean Room ISO 8 according to the demanding request of the market.

Combination: Medical paper & Film

Our combinations of paper and film for packaging lightweight products such as filters or syringes offer great added value. Both standard products and tailored solutions provide our customers with optimal packaging for their individual products and requirements. Our packaging concepts carefully combine good mechanical properties with high barriers, transparency, and user-friendliness. Thanks to their integrated opening aids and easy-peel characteristics, our three-side sealed pouches can be opened easily, without residue, and therefore safely. 

Combination: Film and Film

The packaging of heavy products with sharp edges requires a high level of film and packaging competence. Our high-performance laminates achieve packaging results which fulfill all individual requirements. 
Their good opening characteristics, high transparency, puncture resistance and strength, suitability for gamma ray sterilization and above all their reliable microbial barrier even after prolonged storage of sterile goods

Combination: Tyvek^® & Film

Tyvek^®-film combinations are particularly puncture and humidity resistant, and therefore especially suitable for packaging sharp-edged and heavy products. For the perfect packaging result, we can provide intelligent combinations, featuring various films. Optimally aligned barrier properties ensure maximum product safety, and easy peel characteristics enable the sterile removal of products.
