Why use pre-made bags or pouches?

Our pre-made bags and pouches offer several environmental benefits compared to rigid packaging of glass or metal (cans).
Given its light weight and volume, flexible laminated pouches often come out as the best sustainable solution through Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), providing also big cost- and energy-savings in transport and storage.

Our range of pouches in a large variety of sizes, shapes- and materials (like PP, PE, PET, ALU, OPA, Paper), printed in flexo or rotogravure, make it easy to match the right product.  If used with appropriate films, pouches offer the required shelf life, keeping the product fresh, protecting the aroma.

FLAT POUCHES

Availability of flat pouches with the following options:

• 2- or 3-sided sealed
• reclosure ZIP
• Die-cut handle
• Die-cut Euro-lock
• Degassing valve (for coffee)

DOY-PACK / STAND-UP POUCHES

The special shape enables the pouch to stand up straight, making sure that the product is visible on the shelf.

We provide Doy-pack / stand-up pouches with the following options:

• reclosure ZIP
• Die-cut handle
• Die-cut Euro-loch
• Degassing valve (for coffee)

GUSSETED BAGS

These bags have a folded side-gusset, enabling the bag to stand up straight, once filled. A special K-shaped bottom seal will avoid product entering in the bottom corners, creating a stable bottom of the bag.

We offer gusseted pouches with the following options:

• Central or lateral back length-seal
• 4-corner sealed on the edges
• Degassing valve (for coffee)
